Punjab govt to establish indust-zone alongside Lahore-Multan Motorway

ISLAMABAD – Provincial Industries and Trade Minister Mian Aslam Iqbal presided over a conference on Monday to direct the Punjab Industrial Estates Development Company (PIEDMC) on industrial units established after 2018.
The minister has confirmed that the units in question are not for sale, but are being built as a groundwork for future projects. These units are said to be part of the industrial estate being set up over the Lahore-Multan Motorway, and the government is prioritizing industrial development on the estate.
