Phase 9 Prism of DHA Lahore is the latest and the biggest phase till to date launched by DHA Lahore. The balloting of 9 Prism was held in may 2015 and the development work has begun on site since Feb 2016. It comprises of 5 Marla , 10 Marla , 1 Kanal and 2 Kanal Plots. Amenities include a Golf course. saddle and polo club, DHA club, cinema and huge parks.
DHA Lahore Phase 9 prism is located between Ferozepur road and Bedian road and with entrances planned on all its four sides as can be seen in this location map.
DHA has announced that the development work will be completed before 2019, however we believe that the claim may be bit difficult to achieve. In all good faith and with a realistic approach we will be expecting the development work and possession of phase 9 prism of DHA Lahore to be completed by 2021.
Both residential and commercial plots are available for sale in Ph 9 Prism and are considered good for investment.
