Buying a Residential Plot

  • Buy in Phase 5, 6 , 7 , 8, 9  onward as they offer better infrastructure, wider roads and underground wiring.
  • Buy in lesser developed phase such as Phase 6, 7, 8 and 9 of DHA Lahore instead of Phase 5 as a mature phase like Phase 5 is more suitable for constructing a home instead of investment purpose.
  • Buy plots near balloting of a phase for a quick hike in prices, similarly buy a plot near possession of a phase to enjoy a nice price increase.
